COVID-19 Delays

During COVID-19, Australia Post and some courier companies are experiencing delays in deliveries. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your parcels to arrive during this time.


Shipping
Free shipping for orders over $100, within Australia and under 6kg in weight.

Flat $10 shipping rate for orders below $100 within Australia. 

Express shipping orders will be $15. 

Standard International order in the USA and New-Zelande rated at $35.

Le Cap Soleil uses Australia Post and Sendle for shipping.

We post within 1-2 business days of receiving payment of your order. If you’re ordering within Australia, your order should arrive between 3 -7 business days, while overseas orders can take up to 3 weeks. If your item is not in stock, the delivery may take a little longer, as some of of our items are imported from France or other parts of the world. We will contact to advise if this is the case.

We take care to wrap and protect your product/s from any damage whilst items are being shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us by email at info@lecapsoleil.com.au within 24 hours of you receiving the item. Damaged goods will be replaced if the damage was caused in transit. For more information, please refer to our Returns/Exchange Policy.

Where possible we use recycled packaging or re-use cardboard boxes to reduce the impact on our environment and landfill. So please don't be alarmed if you receive your item in a box with a different label. We are just trying to help the environment by reducing wastage.

 

Undeliverable Orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax, refuse to provide ID copy, unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.  

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged shipping fees for resending the parcel.
